If he stuck with JW I wonder if the world would have been blest with his guitar style as we now know it. Funny to think that JW didn't know they had a future Beethoven in the band. I wonder how wicked Dave was on lead at the time this was recorded. He sure had drive and he would have been successful to some degree with or without PF. Nice to see him still popping up today playing with all sorts, he's come full circle. Even saw him on Jules playing rhythm with some great soul singer. Just one of the lads.
